Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm availability and pricing by email after you submit your enquiry. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Sizing
We provide free sizing guidance but are not responsible for sizing errors where inaccurate measurements have been provided. Please use our size guide carefully and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 5–10 business days across Australia. Regional and remote areas may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers. Order well in advance of your ceremony date — we recommend 8–12 weeks minimum.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Items must be unworn and in original condition. We will work with you to resolve any concerns in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
